I was interested in purchasing a Jetta TDI and mostly set on it but was still comparing models and was planning on selling my car independently beforehand. I signed up for a test drive on the dealership's website because they were offering a $50 debit card. The salesman was very knowledgeable about the car model, explained the differences in trims well, and was friendly. My only complaint is that I wanted to test drive a used Porsche Cayman on the lot too but he wouldn't let me saying that they wanted to keep miles off of it, which I felt was kind of insulting especially since it was in the same price range too. It wasn't the car I would have most likely ended up with but wanted to try it out. I ended up trading in my car that night and purchasing a demo Jetta TDI they had. I think I got a fair price on the car and my trade-in and am satisfied with the financing I was set up with. I have returned to the dealership since the sale for maintenance questions and they were friendly and helpful. More
Pete walked up to us that night we showed up to test drive Subaru's. He was patient, laid back and knowledgeable. Three hours later we drove off the lot with a beautifully indigo blue 2014 Outback. This is the second vehicle I've purchased from Pete and Dean Team in the past year, and both experiences have been top-notch. Scott worked incredibly hard to secure the vehicle I requested, and Pete was friendly, attentive, and worked to get me the deal I wanted. I always visit multiple dealerships as part of my car buying research, because I want to get the best deal. It just so happens that Dean Team has earned my business both times by stepping up to the plate and providing the best deal. I bought a 2010 VW Golf over the Internet (Auto Trader) from David Liss. He and his staff went out of their way on pre-purchase to insure I saw the car as it was, and not with BS. Didn't plan on buying a Subaru at all... actually meant to stop by the Hyundai dealership and Blackberry maps led me to the Subaru dealership. I spotted an Impreza hatchback that I enjoyed, and Shaw meant to stop by the Hyundai dealership and Blackberry maps led me to the Subaru dealership.
