I simply called the dealership and told Phil what features I wanted in a vehicle. He asked how soon I needed it. I replied, "Tonight", as I had a flight out the next morning for a work assignment. I told him I could be there in a couple hours. Less than 2 hours later,I showed up to the dealership....he was ready for me. He showed me the 2013 Subaru Forester 2.5 X Limited.....It was a perfect fit, even down to the color of paint! Unbelievable! I also worked with Rick Richard and Tony Wright to complete the sale. It was seamless! The entire process...from when I stepped into the dealership til I drove off in my brand new Subaru...took less than 3 1/2 hrs!!! This included looking at the vehicle, test driving it, financing, and Tony showing me how to work all the awesome features on it. To top it off....I get 3 years of roadside assistance from Subaru! I don't anticipate needing it, but it's comforting to know I have it. YAY!!! This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had! Good experience overall. Had to take the car back in to get it serviced because the tire pressure light kept coming on. The service crew was very helpful and attentive. They made good recommendations and I am not having issues with the light anymore. The service attendant was very nice and recommended that we go down the street for the registration of the car. However, this is my one complaint: we were informed that we could have taken the plates from our trade in and put them on the new car through registration. At no point were we informed of this when we were at the dealership and it could have saved us a good amount of money. This is my only complaint, otherwise I felt good about the sale and the service we received. More

On final purchase, Finance Manager Richard Martin gave me ample time to go through all of the paper work, making sure I knew what I was signing. His extra offers regarding extended warranty programs were explained very well! Wes also kept his word regarding a few touch-ups for my newly purchased used vehicle.
