Eric was incredibly helpful, and proactive in helping me through the service experience. He made sure to cover all of the issues I came in with, and advised on some others to keep an eye without pressuring through the service experience. I expressed interest in a Juke in your inventory but explained that I have difficulty trading because my 2002 once had a salvage title--although clear when I purchased in Michigan, and still clear. Mr. Liss passed along these concerns to the CarFax rep and suggested I contact them for further assistance. His offer of help was unsolicited but certainly a welcome new wrinkle in what I can do to resolve a problem. I have contacted CarFax, and they have referred my to the Texas DOT where the salvage title was issued. Hopefully some resolution may come from that contact. I intend to pursue it. Mr. Liss then followed up to see what progress is being made. At no time have I experienced what I have come to expect as typical sales pressure, or a write-off because of my car's title. I am sure he would like to make this sale--and so would I--but that has not been the primary nature of his contact. I am most appreciative. I live in Springfield, know nothing of the dealership, but sure am favorably impressed by Mr. Liss' conduct of his position. More
