We brought our 2007 VW Jetta in for it's 100,000 maintenance. We also asked them to check the AC and give it the state emissions and safety inspection. They were ready for us when we dropped it of maintenance. We also asked them to check the AC and give it the state emissions and safety inspection. They were ready for us when we dropped it off early in the morning, called promptly after locating the AC problem and were willing to work with the Car Warranty company that we had an extended contract with. The car was ready by the end of the day. Jeff was willing to accept and apply a VW coupon which we had received in the mail and that saved us $93.00. Our only minor disappointment was that the printer in the shop was not working that day for us to get the emissions inspection report, so we will need to bring the car back another day to complete the inspection. That is a minor inconvenience when you are treated so well in every other way. More

Wes Gallagos did an excellent job of sticking to the deal and as a result we completed the sale and everyone was satisfied. For the money and effort they put inot it, this was a perfect fit. Wes and Tony did a really excellent job of going threough the vehicle and the equipment with my technologically impaired better half - now she understands both the sound system and the nav system.
