This was the first time I have shopped for a vehicle in this way and it turned out to be a very simple and straight forward method. I came into the deal knowing exactly what I wanted and did plenty of research prior to purchasing. I worked with Tony Wright at Dean Team Subaru. My interactions with Tony were very straight forward and honest. I never at one point felt the pressures that are typically associated with sales representatives. It was a very low pressure environment, this was a big plus. Once I determined it was time to order my vehicle, I met Tony in person and we went for a test drive and placed the order. Everything went just as I expected without any surprises. Tony was extremely knowledgeable on Subaru products and features. I enjoyed working with him throughout the process. My vehicle arrived much earlier than expected and the whole process of picking up the vehicle was a very exciting experience and Tony was excellent at providing a tutorial on the vehicles options and functions, of which there are MANY! I have driven the vehicle for a little over a week now and am incredibly happy with my purchase and I can already see why Subaru is known for strong brand loyalty among previous owners.
