The car is wonderful and the interaction with Carl and the rest of the team was easy. I highly recommend this dealer, and Carl in particular, if you are interested in a VW. Dustin was extremely friendly and assured us that he could help us find a vehicle that would suit our needs. We had been looking at Subaru's, and had already been turned down by another dealership. When we arrived, Dustin was there to greet us and take our information so he could start looking into options for us. Before long, he had several vehicles that could be available for us, and helped us choose which one fit our needs, and had the best chance of approval for our situation. When we had made our decision and the loan proposal was sent to lenders for approval, he explained each part of the process to us, told us what we had going for us, and what factors we had going against us. When it looked like we may not be approved, he asked us more questions and started on backup plans that may interest us, even though in the end it really wasn't necessary. All I can say about the entire experience is ABOVE AND BEYOND. Dustin was an incredible salesman that made this the best car buying experience we've ever had, and Richard the finance manager made the paperwork easy to understand and less time consuming than anywhere else we've been. In the end, we left with a 2013 Legacy, with great mileage, still under manufacturer warranty, at an interest rate lower than we had expected. Incredible. We'll be coming back again for any future car purchases. More

I was frustrated with the whole "buying a car" thing and was about to send my husband out to strike a deal and save me the hassle when I saw a car I liked on DEAN TEAM'S website. I inquired via email about the vehicle and was contacted the same evening by both the internet salesman, Tony, and the manager. Tony was great -- he sent a video of all the Impreza's on the lot so I could see their selection and then emailed me a great price on the one I liked best. The car was ready and waiting at the front doors when I arrived the next day. Very Friendly and relaxed atmosphere! We love our new car... Thanks for making it a fun experience for me and the kids Tony! P.S. I will be back to trade up for the WRX STi ;) More
I have had 3 Suburus in the past. I switched to Honda and then Lexus. I'm back to Suburu. Picked up my 2013 XV Crosstrek today and couldn't be happier. Tony was a friendly, incredibly nice, guy with a complete knowledge of the 2 Subaru models that I was considering purchasing. After 15 years of being a satisfied Toyota owner, it took me a total of 6 months of research, looking, and test driving various makes and models of cars to finally settle on the top of the line Outback. I am not disappointed. It is a FANTASTIC car and I have absolutely no regrets. The only thing I have to worry about is whether or not my husband will try to trade cars with me now, because he loves it, too. I went to Dean Team Subaru and test drove the various cars 4 different times before purchasing. Tony was not pushy, he did call me once, but that's all. I think a lot of car salesmen would have started thinking I was never going to buy a car after all those test drives, but Tony was just as attentive the last time as the first time. I got a reasonable deal, not a steal, but I'm intending to drive the Outback for a lot of years and I'm very happy. In the future, I will definitely consider buying another Subaru and if my family needs a car tomorrow, I'd go back to Tony and buy the exact same model. I would not hesitate to recommend Tony Wright to anyone. More
I hate the car buying experience so I started out going with the internet route to skip a lot of the baloney. Tony Wright broke it all down, found the car I wanted (a great Subaru Outback) and we hammered out the deal right over the internet. Didn't have to hunt for the car, didn't run all over test driving. One visit to inspect my trade in was all it took. Very efficient and time saving. The credit department was most helpful in deciding the way to go for me relative to payout. A real good experience. We went in looking for a used car for my son, Carl Schaeffer approached us and introduced himself.. He began showing us used automobiles and my son really toook a liking to a pontiac G5. Which Carl Schaefffer worked with him on a price and got him a great deal and my son drove away with a smile on his face. I on the otherhand was waiting to sign papers with my son and wife. I mentioned a Toyota FJ Cruiser that was sitting out back and my wife told me why don't you go take a look at it. When I went to go look at it, it was already gone. I let Carl know and he told me that it was on a test drive. When the other customer declined purchasing the automobile, Carl got me the keys and told me to go ahead and test drive it. I told him I didn't think I could afford it, but when I mentioned to Carl that I had a Jeep Liberty that I was still making payments on and we started discussing it and Carl said what if I could get you the same payments on the toyota as you are paying on the Jeep. I said I'll go get my Jeep and Carl said we don't have to do that we can do an offsite/unseen appraisial. I said great and Carl started crunching numbers and got me right in the ballpark of the payments that I could afford with my trade-in. After it was all over I drove off the lot the happiest man ever driving away in a Toyota FJ Cruiser that I thought I would never own. Thank you Carl Schaeffer. More
Bought a 2013 Jetta Sportwagon TDI which we love. Dealt with Carl Schaeffer on the sale, and he was very helpful. He had to get the car we wanted from Wisconsin. He spent plenty of time with us going over the special features of the car, which are many. Due to a special timing need we had, he overnighted our title paperwork to us via UPS. Would have liked a little more flexibility re price, however. We just had the initial courtesy service check up, and Eric was great to deal with and very helpful. We can see why this dealer gets such good ratings. More
