Very Happy With 2014 Passat TDI SEL I was very happy with the car that I got. I missed a rebate by a week because I wasn't sure this is what I wanted. Before I went in Scott and I exchanged a number of emails about the car I eventually bought. Scott promptly got back to me, and answered or found the answers to my questions. Scott and I mostly communicated via email. Salesman at other dealerships typically responded to my emails with phone calls, even when I asked that they not. Scott had no problem handling things this way, which was very convenient. I had questions about rack systems too which Scott was able to give me some help with. I think he knows a little about Subaru drivers. More

The sales rep I worked with was James Becker, who was knowledgeable of the entire Subaru line and was able to answer all of my questions rega staff. Even though it was a busy Saturday morning, James made himself available to me and a few other customers. James introduced several different extended warranty and service options, without the undue pressure I've experienced at other dealerships. I would rate my buying experience at Dean Team Subaru Volkswagon as the best I've had purchasing a new vehicle. I will probably stop there first when I'm ready buy my next one. More

I was interested in leasing a Subaru Outback - had been driving a Prius for years and wanted something bigger (second grandkid on the way) and nicer but with satisfactory gas mileage. It was easy to make an appointment with him, and when I arrived he was great to work with - he explained things very thoroughly about leasing vs buying and eased my fears. I decided leasing was the best option for me and Carl was very patient and knowledgeable. He was also fun to work with - great sense of humor! I took a test drive and Carl let me take a car home to live with for a day. After I made the decision on which specific model I wanted, I took the Outback home again until my car was ready. Upon picking it up, he showed me how to work everything and set up my bluetooth for me. Tom in the finance office was great too, very down-to-earth. Great experience! More

The dealership is over thirty miles from our home and I would normally not consider buying a car from a dealer that far away from home. However, they participate in True Car, which enabled us to have a good idea of the price they would charge before we even made the trip. We went expecting to test drive a car and consider it for a future purchase. Our salesman, Pete, was very concerned about our preferences in buying a new car without any pressure sales tactics experienced elsewhere. We did not feel rushed to make a decision but the team made every effort to make our experience a good one. They offered us a great deal and we decided to buy the car that day. I brought the car back several days later to have the seats, carpet and paint treated. The service was completed, as promised. I left a CD case in the loaner car when I picked up my car and Pete mailed it back to me so I would not have to make a return trip. The customer service from both the sales and service teams was outstanding. I would recommend Pete as a salesman, anytime anywhere. More
