Save the hassle and make this place your first stop! My wife and I shopped around for Outbacks all day. We were told by a friend to check out the Dean Team but we didn't know anything about them so we checked out the other Subaru dealers and a few other big name lots first. That was a waste of time to say the least. We were bombarded by terrible attitudes and pushy salesmen allllll morning. They either didn't have what we were looking for or they did but they wanted to sell us something else. OR xxxx, The first lot we went to the salesman didn't even introduce himself. I had to introduce myself and all he did was complained about how we was going to be the only person on the floor that day. uh, what? we took off work to come here and listen to you complain about work? really? "No sale for you!", my wife muttered. So after all the headaches, we headed out to the Dean Team to give them our last shot before giving up on the dealer world. This was hands down the best experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle. Scot Jones had a great sense of humor and was not pushy at all. He did not rush us into the office to get our personal information. He was relaxed, informative, and believe it or not honest. HAH! An honest salesmen!! This place is great! but we weren't sold yet. If you ever shop around for a used Subaru Outback you'll find that the used ones can be hard to find with low miles and a warranty. It can be kind of frustrating. Until we happened upon this place. I blame myself for not listening to our friend and saving the time we wasted on those other places. They had a large inventory of certified preowned with low miles and every color made! JACKPOT! Naturally this car is an investment so we were kind of particular about the car we were looking for and these guys were nothing but understanding and very helpful when it came to finding the "perfect" car. The fact is they didn't try to sell us anything, the car sold itself, they just helped make it a fun experience. The price was a little out of our range but they made it work without the haggling games you have to play with most dealers. Now that made for one happy wife! Then it was time to finance, of the 4 older cars we have owned, this was the first car we had ever financed so naturally there was some nail biting and a bit of forehead sweat. Tom Dean helped us through the financing process. Tom had a great sense of humor and made it painless! I give this dealer five stars, and will always recommend them to anyone! -Ty and Lisa More
