I'm usually armed with my complete info of On line car (Subaru Outback) worksheet/details, pricing, KellyBlueBook, Comsumer report, etc... and submitted a CR Guaranteed Savings Certificate price to the Stl Dean Team dealership. Presto. Price accepted. Car found. A reasonable trade-in price for my Nissan. Transaction completed in 5 days, despite my living 150 miles away. No BS and no "good cop/bad cop" scenario from these guys. They're professionals and know the competitive environment of selling cars w the abundant Online access of info to buyers. James Becker is a dedicated reliable no nonsense young man who will take it to heart when he loses a sale. I like that in a salesman. No problem recommending these folks to future buyers. Sometimes, buying a car can feel like a drawn out competition, but that's certainly not how it was at the Dean Team. I've had a few questions after picking up the car, so I've texted Wes about each one and he's been quick to reply. It's not easy finding a great salesperson at a solid dealership, so I'll be going back to Wes when I'm ready for another car. More

Because I am temporarily homebound at this time and unable to visit dealerships, I searched the web for a dealer, and submitted two email inquiries to dealerships. Only Dean Subaru responded, so won my confidence right away. James arranged for all of he financial and sales paperwork to be completed online or at the time he delivered the vehicle to me, over an hour drive from the dealership.
