My wife had dealt with the Dean Team in the past for a vehicle and seemed quite happy. I have been a Grand Cherokee guy for the past few years, but really liked the Atlas and wasn't necessarily happy wit vehicle and seemed quite happy. I have been a Grand Cherokee guy for the past few years, but really liked the Atlas and wasn't necessarily happy with the service from Jeep lately. I was able to connect with Nick who was fantastic and very welcoming from the start. Typically you go into dealerships and your guard is up right away as the reps don't seem to show interest in getting to know you and your needs, it's simply right into "hardcore pushy" mode. Nick was kind, easy to talk with and was interested in getting to know me, which immediately brings the "guard factor" down. Throughout the entire process, which was so fast and easy that I didn't know what to think, I was relaxed and comfortable with the conversation regarding my trade-in and deal for the new vehicle. Nick is new, but he's definitely going to jump ahead of some of the more senior folks because he actually cares to get to know the customer, understand who they are and their needs and works hard to get you want you need.
