Overall a great experience My wife and I went in to look at a pre owned VW Jetta. We met Wes where he showed us the car we saw online. There were a couple of issues with the car, but Wes worked on us with the price and the issues. There was a couple of issues with the paperwork getting mailed to us, and Wes went out of his way to resolve the issues with the paperwork by overnighting the paperwork. There was an issue with the vehicle emission inspection and Wes resolved coming to my place of employment and taking making sure the vehicle passed. There are always going to be hiccups and issues, but the mark of great service is how they handle them. Wes handled it with professionalism and courtesy. I will go there again for my next potential purchase and I would recommend Wes for anyone in the market. More

Best Car Buying Experiece Ever!!! Spoke with Paul Biermann over the phone on a preowned 2012 Subaru Legacy, I went in and test ride, nice car but Dean had a 2015 Subaru Impreza Limited Spoke with Paul Biermann over the phone on a preowned 2012 Subaru Legacy, I went in and test ride, nice car but Dean had a 2015 Subaru Impreza Limited, Jasmine green in color with tan leather, it was love at first sight. One week later thanks to Paul and Rick Richard the 2015 Subaru Impreza is mine. They now have sold 3 cars to my family: 1} 2015 Volkswagen Golf, 2) 2013 Volkswagen Jetta TDI Sport Wagon and now 3) 2015 Subaru Impreza Limited, in the last 6 months. This speaks volumes of service provided by the Dean Team. More

Great experience! I came in to test drive a Subaru on Saturday. They didn't have the car I wanted in stock but Tony was able to locate exactly what I wanted in Illinois I came in to test drive a Subaru on Saturday. They didn't have the car I wanted in stock but Tony was able to locate exactly what I wanted in Illinois and have it for me by the following Saturday. He did a great job of explaining everything and I never felt pressured to buy. More

I've always wanted a WRX STI, i had been a bit nervous about the ordeal beforehand, turns out I had little if anything to worry about. I owe a big thanks to Mark Mcnulty for helping my dreams come true, he ordered the car I wanted, and I'm surprised that he was able to hold on to the car for about a month for me because I was in Germany for my job and was not able to come back right away, even after all that he was still very negotiable with and obliged to come down in price for me. I also found all the other employees to be very friendly. Too bad this dealership is such a long drive for me to get to (45minutes). More
