Great Customer Service! The Dean Team went above and beyond customer service for our Used Car sale. We had an issue with the car a couple of weeks after the sale. The warranty coverage would not cover the issue we were experiencing. The Dean Team ensured the issue we had was taken care of. Eric in the service department went above and beyond to make sure our vehicle was right and we were happy. Eric mentioned that the Dean Team will do "what's right" and make sure our vehicle was fixed. I would recommend the Dean Team for any vehicle purchase. More

Simple, Fast, Courteous Experience! I met with Jason Moore, gave him my list of wants and inside of a day he found exactly what I was looking for. Easiest car buying experience ever! I talked to Tony Wright and told him what I was looking for. When I arrived at the dealership he had already picked out some SUV's for me to look at. I talked to Tony Wright and told him what I was looking for. When I arrived at the dealership he had already picked out some SUV's for me to look at. He was very thorough and explained to me all the features of each SUV. I drove the SUV's and went home to ponder my choices. There was no high pressure to buy and I felt very good about all the things I had seen. I called the next day to let Tony know what I had decided. When I went into the dealership to pick up my SUV the vehicle was pulled up front and ready for me. I went in to sign the paperwork(which was ready) and was out of there in 30 minutes. Easiest car buying experience ever!!! Thanks Tony! More

Sales review of Jason Moore After looking for a car for my 16 year old daughter. I submitted a request thru the web site, Jason Moore contacted me within 30 minutes with a vehic After looking for a car for my 16 year old daughter. I submitted a request thru the web site, Jason Moore contacted me within 30 minutes with a vehicle they met our requirements. We scheduled a visit for Saturday when we arrived car was ready to go for a test drive. The drive was successful so we sat down and I was pleasantly surprised to work out an agreeable deal within 20 minutes. I've bought many cars over the years and I don't ever remember a car purchase going so smoothly and efficiently as it did with Jason and the Dean Team.
