Before I even had a chance to ask, Richard offered to let me drive the car 30 miles home to make sure the cage fit well. When I decided on the car I wanted, I received a great price that was advertised on their website, so no need to waste time haggling and the "hmmm.... I'm going to need to check with the sales manager" nonsense that most dealers use during price negotiations. Richard was also very helpful in making the car just right for my needs: he switched out the wheels from another car that I liked better, got the window tint taken care of me, and some other protection gear to keep the car looking nice as the years go buy. After the sale was complete, he spent a decent bit of time explaining the features of the car that I might need to know. He was very knowledgable about the car's features, and even taught me a few things I didn't know about the previous car I'd owned! More

I ordered my 2016 Legacy this time and once we agreed on a price, the paperwork took 30 minutes. Tony Wright kept me informed on the progress of the build, and the car came in about when expected - he said 6-8 weeks and it was there in 7 weeks. To pick up the car, go through finance and "get acquainted with your new car" took less than an hour. By the way, my old car, a 2005 Legacy, is still going strong, but with 190,000 miles I was really ready for an new car. More

Richard was very knowledgeable about VW vehicles in general and the Touareg in particular, having owned one himself in the past. I feel that I received a fair price for the vehicle and a finance rate was offered that is competitive with market rates for used vehicles.
