Jason Moore and Scott Roberts found one and listened to exactly what I wanted. The gave me above Market and actually Private Party value on my trade. I think if I said I wanted a pink and blue 1966 Mustang with shag carpet and velvet seats they would have made it happen. So to wrap it up....call them up and tell them what you want, then sit back and relax. I appreciate the respect that they showed to my wife as well and I know we will be doing business exclusively with them from now on. More

I've purchased several new VW's from other St. Louis area dealers over the past 20 years and never had an easier car-buying experience... with the other dealers I always felt like I was being put thru the hoops of having to visit the dealer multiple times to ensure getting the best deal... these guys are honest and give candid feedback to assist you in the selection process.. they also had a lot of patience dealing with someone like me who wanted to see and drive every car on the lot. He was not pushy like typical sales people. He was more inclined to make deal and work with me. It took me 15 minutes to decide on mutual agreeable price. I had trade in and they offered an OK price for it, but it is fine as they did agree to my price on the new car. Working for Rick was also easy. They did not try to push for extra service plan or warranties. I will definitely recommend them to any of my friends. More

One of the worst things to do in life is car shop and we have been doing this for weeks NOW!!! Ugh ... And boy have we encountered some of the most arrogant individuals in this line of work. However, not here nope you can tell everyone here puts their pants on just like us everyday! So.... We purchased a used vehicle from Jason!! I will tell you we did most of our negotiations via text and that was awesome! America is in the technology world and we get it so that was nice! Thank you Jason for taking the time out of your personal life to communicate. Like the rest of us in America our time off from work is valuable and I hope the owner realizes what an asset YOU are to his team! Perhaps if the Dean team doesn't reimburse their staff for personal devices they should consider such. Thank you for taking the time out to go over all the details of the jeep and making sure we return for the follow up details and other equipment to be installed on our jeep! We wanted to point out that if you are NOT in shape or lazy you shouldn't apply to work here ... For no one we ever seen walks ... We were like wow "do you see how everyone runs here" to the customer or a vehicle. It was hot out but they were more concerned if we needed a drink.... More like they needed one ... We encountered much aggravated times after weeks of shopping at other dealerships .... One time we said "hurry up get in the car and drive off" so the salesman couldn't see us lol .... We drove another vehicle and litterly something fell OFF that jeep (oh boy) ..... Another dealership couldn't find 3 different vehicles that they said they had and NO CLUE where they could be yet still tried to show us something we had no interest in ... Yet another dealer made us feel like we went to Edward Jones and NOT car shopping as he gave us advise on what banks to use while treating us like we had a 500 credit score (no joke) the general manger told me no I was tall enough and I didn't need side rails for my jeep so he wouldn't put them on and they would cost me 1100.00 .....(I'm 5'2)!!! I could say soooo much more but at the end of the day this what I'll say.......... See you next week Jason when you put my side rails on our NEW jeep!!!! ( for a for a fraction of what the above mentioned dealership told me) Btw.... The Dean Team's F &I guy (Rick) a thank you for your professional attitude and work getting us in and out in record time! That's always a hassle but NOT here! Jason .... We will see you again More

Mark provided me with exceptional customer service above and beyond what is normal and I never felt pressured no matter how many times I stopped by or had questions. Mark was up front about the price of the Subaru Forester I was buying, there was no price haggling necessary. We then reached an agreement on what I thought was a fair amount for my trade in, which was only a few dollars away from what they had offered. Surprisingly even the financing and paper work was hassle free. There was no pressure to buy anything I did not want. Mark handled things as I think they should be, he showed and explained to me what options I had and let me ,the consumer, make the decision. I have purchased many cars, new and pre-owned, in my lifetime and this was by far the best experience I have ever had. Completely a "No Hassle Zone". Thank you Mark. More
