Traveled from Georgia and would do it again My son and I flew from Georgia to purchase a used 2016 Legacy equipped with Eyesight from Dean Team. I found Dean Team's listing of the car on Autotr My son and I flew from Georgia to purchase a used 2016 Legacy equipped with Eyesight from Dean Team. I found Dean Team's listing of the car on Autotrader and made contact with Carl Schaeffer. He was an absolute to delight to work with. I never felt pressured and he always gave me a straight answer. When we flew into St. Louis, Carl picked us up at the airport and drove us to the dearlership in his personal car. Once we arrived at the dealership, he spent a lot of time making sure we we comfortable with the car. The actual puchase went very smooth; absolutely no last minute surprises or pressure from Carl or anyone at Dean Team. After we completed the purchase we stayed in St. Louis and attended a Cardinals game. The next day we began our drive back to Georgia. On the way home Carl called us to see how we were doing and to see if we had any questions about the Legacy. I was impressed to say the least. More

He made such a good impression on me, i hurried back after dinner to but the Passat we were looking at. He made the purchase so easy - he got to the number i needed to be at with no hassle or haggle. He was very friendly, relatable and a good person to deal with. I'm just sad i don't have another car to buy - i feel like a kid at Christmas! I will definitely be back when i need another car! More
