Non-Responsive Seeing the reviews on here I can't believe I was dealing with the same person. Received several emails, texts and voice mails in a three to four day time frame. Then all of a sudden they stopped. My guess is the car sold. It would have been nice to a least been told they weren't interested in my business any longer. Manchester has so many dealerships within a 3-4 mile radius. I won't be stopping at this one again when I am looking to buy a car. More

Quick deal. Time and intelligence of both sides respected. Need a car - Richard Gotsch is your guy. As a 50 yr old lawyer, I'm not the easiest guy to please. But Richard was a breath of fresh air. I asked a question about the engine, and I got a quick clear answer, then a fuller explanation that revealed the depth of his knowledge. (How many sales guys know the history of engines available in the Jetta line between 2014 and today, in all trim lines???) Also super polite, both at the dealership and with a genuinely friendly follow-up. Ask for him. You won't regret it. More

A Commitment to Service I had the opportunity to witness a simple act of kindness turnout to be a life changing experience. My uncle is a disabled military veteran whom suf I had the opportunity to witness a simple act of kindness turnout to be a life changing experience. My uncle is a disabled military veteran whom suffers from PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) purchased his dream vehicle with the help of salesmen Jason Moore. I often assist my uncle with some of his decision making and from time to time he likes me to travel along just to interpret and ensure he's heard. He has had some bad experiences that has challenged his effective communication skills. In my current field of employment I work first hand with veterans whose disabilities in many ways have distinctively changed his way of living. My uncle is a direct example of that . As expected that can be at times very stressful and somewhat demanding let alone to have someone close to you within the same structure. Nonetheless Jason listened and allowed my uncle to freely talk about his experiences while in the military . He'd also reassured him when things looked a little shakey of his commitment to service. Literally Mr. Moore went as far as having a car shipped from another state and even adding personalized touch to the vehicle to make sure that my Uncle's dream was brought to reality! If nothing more than a car a was sold that day it was evident that at that time and during the process he made my uncle feel as if he mattered and that his work and commitment to what he did for our country (United States) did not go unnoticed. Jason is truly a blessing in disguise! More

Great customer service ! Wes was a straight shooter. Got the deal I wanted, and the car I wanted. Then, a few days after taking possession of my new/used car I noticed an iss Wes was a straight shooter. Got the deal I wanted, and the car I wanted. Then, a few days after taking possession of my new/used car I noticed an issue with the leather seat. I was worried I would get the run around, but still called Wes and made an appointment for him to look at it. Within two hours it was fixed better than I imagined, and at no charge to me. Love my car, and it was such a pleasant experience buying it from Wes at the Dean Team Volkswagon - Ballwin. More

This is the second Volkswagen I've purchased locally, and the experience I had here was easily superior. Wes was extremely helpful and straightforward, and responded quickly to any questions/concerns. He was able to go the extra mile get all of the components, down to the smallest details. Blake also did an exceptional job cleaning and getting the car ready-it was shiny and spotless when I arrived!
