It would have been nice to a least been told they weren't interested in my business any longer. Manchester has so many dealerships within a 3-4 mile radius. I won't be stopping at this one again when I am looking to buy a car. More

(How many sales guys know the history of engines available in the Jetta line between 2014 and today, in all trim lines???) My uncle is a disabled military veteran whom suffers from PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) purchased his dream vehicle with the help of salesmen Jason Moore. I often assist my uncle with some of his decision making and from time to time he likes me to travel along just to interpret and ensure he's heard. He has had some bad experiences that has challenged his effective communication skills. In my current field of employment I work first hand with veterans whose disabilities in many ways have distinctively changed his way of living. My uncle is a direct example of that . As expected that can be at times very stressful and somewhat demanding let alone to have someone close to you within the same structure. Nonetheless Jason listened and allowed my uncle to freely talk about his experiences while in the military . He'd also reassured him when things looked a little shakey of his commitment to service. Literally Mr. Moore went as far as having a car shipped from another state and even adding personalized touch to the vehicle to make sure that my Uncle's dream was brought to reality! If nothing more than a car a was sold that day it was evident that at that time and during the process he made my uncle feel as if he mattered and that his work and commitment to what he did for our country (United States) did not go unnoticed. Jason is truly a blessing in disguise! More

I was worried I would get the run around, but still called Wes and made an appointment for him to look at it. Within two hours it was fixed better than I imagined, and at no charge to me.
