Fortunately, my first stop was at the Dean Team. I didn't need to look anywhere else. The car needed a couple of minor post sale things done (removing paint trim my daughter did not like and replacing a fuse) and Carl was awesome during the process. He kept me informed about the process and timing. There were no surprises. You can get a real sense of people and a business based on how he/she handle things that come up. Carl was terrific. He gave us a great sense of confidence that the minor things would be taken care of and they were (and in a timely fashion)! I was able to get a fair honest deal on both the new car purchased as well the amount provided on the car I traded in. Sales Manager Matt Kuhn was very straight forward and direct with what he could do. I felt he was conducting good fair business with the goal of providing a win/win experience.
