Quick and painless used car purchase I went into the dealership on a Friday morning with a goal of leaving with a used VW by lunchtime. My previous VW was totaled and I had to get a new o I went into the dealership on a Friday morning with a goal of leaving with a used VW by lunchtime. My previous VW was totaled and I had to get a new one ASAP. Richard was my sales associate and he was great. I never felt pressured or rushed and he took the extra time to show me the Carfax on every car I was considering to make sure there weren't any major issues with the vehicles. I left with a different car than I planned (still a VW but all the ones I had picked on the website ended up being on the Kirkwood lot) but I was still very pleased with my purchase and even ended up with a lower car payment than I had previously. Their prices were better than Suntrup, which is where I purchased my previous VW. I would definitely recommend Dean Team to anyone I know in the market for a vehicle. More
