Richard gets the job done smoothly I was met promptly by an employee who asked if I needed help. It took about a minute for Richard to show and we headed out for a test drive. When we returned to the dealership we spent a few minutes discusssing the all the bells & whistles. We then sat down and after a couple of back and forths we settled on a price we both could live with. Picked the car up the next day and left feeling both of us were happy with the deal. More
Unbelievable Matt was beyond wonderful - it was like car shopping with a friend. He spent around 2-3 hours showing me cars that were what I needed and wanted... an Matt was beyond wonderful - it was like car shopping with a friend. He spent around 2-3 hours showing me cars that were what I needed and wanted... and eventually deciding on one! (Matt stayed available and awesome the 3-4 hours hours we were waiting to meet with finance and be on our way.) I was planning to visit another dealer but after Matt's genuine attempts to find "my" car ... after viewing and considering several cars - some more than once - I decided not to go because Matt had had found "my" car!! He also pulled all of this off when a massive drop in temperature and intense thunderstorm was going on. There was never any pressure to look at cars that were at or outside my price max or to even make a decision that day. Matt really had a more challenging assignment than usual because my *wish list* left A LOT of options on the lot. Not once did I feel rushed or that I was taking too much of his time. He even helped transfer my belongings to my new Jetta. Since this car had features new to me, he was excited to get things set up to use ASAP and work out a time to get everything explained and shown more clearly since it was dark. The final touch of Matt's magic was that he was trying to get a pendant from my previous car - which was not an easy task - even if it was not stormy and cold. I had to convince him that I was totally fine waiting because he would have continued working on it. OUTSIDE! The after sales follow up was unbelievable! Matt asked specific things about me and the car to ensure my satisfaction- none of that fairness like *hey, just calling because I have to and hoping you don't say anything but things are just peachy so, thanks and bye* I was never treated like a sale or just a customer... I was a real person that Matt sincerely wanted to help and check on. He also made sure I knew he *rescued* my pendant and graciously offered to mail it if I didn't want to wait until my plates were in! My dad went with me and the two of them banter about cars like two buddies, yet still managing to make sure I was included. He did an amazing job of making sure BOTH of us were informed of everything but without making me feel like I was a little lady unable to make decisions on my own. There really are not enough words of sincere gratitude to thank him for making my dreaded chore of car shopping fun and easy. Honestly, it really was a happy and successful event because of Matt! More

Rather than a high pressure, what can I do to put you in a car today approach they understood the situation and did the presales work weeks ahead of the purchase date. There are no "Mandatory Dealer" addons, like pinstriping, AutoButler and other paths for extra profit. Our sales rep did a great job and made us feel like a valued customer. Then the Finance manager apparently pulled some dark arts type magic and got us a lower rate than I thought was available. And he was very nice as well. 4 Thumps up, 2 from me, 2 from my wife! No rating for Customer Service as there was no interaction. More
