Rather than a high pressure, what can I do to put you in a car today approach they understood the situation and did the presales work weeks ahead of the purchase date. There are no "Mandatory Dealer" addons, like pinstriping, AutoButler and other paths for extra profit. Our sales rep did a great job and made us feel like a valued customer. Then the Finance manager apparently pulled some dark arts type magic and got us a lower rate than I thought was available. And he was very nice as well. 4 Thumps up, 2 from me, 2 from my wife! No rating for Customer Service as there was no interaction. More

Jetta Buyback I went to Dean Team in Ballwin, MO to inquire about my options for the Buyback on Jettas. I had my car serviced there many times and loved their serv I went to Dean Team in Ballwin, MO to inquire about my options for the Buyback on Jettas. I had my car serviced there many times and loved their service, so it was an easy choice to choice when I had to pick a dealer for the buyback. I spoke with Steve Pfleege while I checked out the lot, he was very informative and personable. For a first time buyer Steve made me feel at ease with how he explained the process, deals available, as well as go over the in and outs of the S, SE, and SE Sport Jettas available. I felt like I could probably sell one based off the information Steve gave me, I loved it. Where Steve really stepped up was after I spoke briefly with the Buyout rep about depreciation. After being told my buyout would possibly be as much as $2k less than expected, he provided options on financing as well as talk about going with the S series as opposed to the SE so I could stay in my buyback price range. With help from Scott the two tag teamed to get me the best price. Long as I am able I will be going to, and recommending, Steve and the Dean Team Ballwin. More
