Our sales person was very knowledgeable and thorough; we would definitely use him again. My only criticism is the way the dealership handled things on the day of the transaction. The price of the car was firmed and the financing was already approved. But while waiting in the business office we were asked to stand-by for a few minutes. When our salesman returned he placed a letter in front of my wife that sketched out warranty and extended offers that, of course, each had costs. We had to make a decision on which option to choose then which no chance to take them home and evaluate. Similarly, we also were forced to make decisions on several subscriptions associated with the entertainment system. Prior to the day of the transaction, there was little pressure ever exerted so this way of asking for decisions with no time to evaluate was not typical of our previous experiences. More

The offer for my trade by the appraising manager was insultingly low. I was offered an immediate cash offer on Edmonds of $,1200 more and sold it myself in two days for $2,500 more. And on Craig's list comparable cars were selling for almost double of what was offered to me. I'd definitely tell anybody I'd refer, to watch out for this! 2. The wait to see the Finance Manager was ridiculously long. They should cross train someone to assist him when he is bogged down, Since we were paying cash, once we got in to see him it only took 5 minutes. More
