Great Experience Just bought a used car from Wes G at Dean Team. He was professional, courteous, but no high pressure tactics. Above and beyond Service!!!! I have never felt so comfortable and happy to be at a car dealership. Senior driver looking to buy his last car. I was reluctantly in the market to buy a car. I was hoping that my current car would last me, but it was starting to fall apart. As a car shopper, i w I was reluctantly in the market to buy a car. I was hoping that my current car would last me, but it was starting to fall apart. As a car shopper, i wasn't excited about having to shop for a new car, and I had a slew of requirements that disqualified a lot vehicles (wanted sporty, but with a lot of cargo space; stick shift; leather interior, etc.). That all being said, I was a very tough customer, who woyld most likely not pleased with anything. Matt at the Dean Team worked incredibly hard to find me the right car. He invested well over 6 hours with me in person, looking at and test driving cars, and he walked me through all the various steps (financing, registration, etc.). I'm happier with my new car then i could've thought possible, and Matt's hard work enabled me to find it. More

Bought a new Golf TDI wagon Big thanks to Ryan Troll and Scott Roberts - both were great to deal with. Ryan "saved" me from a terrible experience at Dean of Kirkwood (they should really re-think sharing the Dean Team name with that location - which represents everything I dislike about car sales). See my review of Dean Kirkwood for that story. Let's just leave it at Ryan and Scott are easy, low-pressure, customer-centric guys and suffice to say, I sent two friends their way and got $100 referrals on each when they also bought. Dustin Westoff in Finance was also very easy and low-pressure. They did offer an extended warranty, which I declined and he made a second attempt to pitch it, removing the (forgot the name) component that was more a buyer protection plan, but I passed and he said "ok, let's finish up" and it was done in minutes.
