He communicated with me for a week about what he had available, and what my options would be for a number of trims/models. No pressure. No gimmicks. As transparent as possible. Allowed me to have a test drive at around 8pm on a Friday -- probably the last thing he would've preferred to do. The last car I bought took SEVEN hours from start to finish with all sorts of issues in between at a different dealership in St. Louis -- completely different experience with the Dean Team. Pete Ostlund was great, as well; he did a very nice job of showing us how to use all the equipment on the car, and getting our StarLink service set up. Lastly Dustin Westhoff was also great in handling the financing. Smooth and simple! I've only had the new car for a short time, but the experience needs to be recognized.
