When we got to the point to talk to financial there were some technical difficulties on their end. Andrew went back and forth to the finance associate and us to get us the right price so we did not have to wait as long. Andrew took the time to walk us around the car to check for dents and/or scratches and went through all of the features on the inside of the car as well. We came in last week and while I knew what model I wanted My husband and I are both getting new vehicles and we initially worked with Pete via email. We came in last week and while I knew what model I wanted, my husband still wasn't sure. Pete was incredibly nice and answered all of our questions. When we were negotiating the price, we did this all via email and Pete made sure to let me know that the Dean Team would beat whatever price we were able to get...and they did. I went back and forth on a color for my Crosstrek, and he patiently sent me the specs for each one he would pull up and send over. It's been a pleasant surprise to do this online, but a joy to work with Pete. We're to pick up our cars this weekend and the process has been very easy so far. Thanks again, Pete! More
