They were both very helpful and knowledgeable about the Subaru Outback we were purchasing. No pressure when working out a deal for the vehicle or our trade in. We had setup an appointment and everyone was available when we arrived. Didn't have to sit around and wait. All of our questions were answered. Again, a very pleasant car buying experience (yea, who's ever heard of those?). The only exception to that was while working with the individual from finance. He was pushing the extended warranty way to hard, to say the least. Fortunately that accounted for a very short part of our overall experience. More

From the moment I walked into the office and met Wes I knew this would be a comfortable and friendly experience. It was obvious he had done his homework on the car I was interested in. He pointed out all the features and gave me a history on the car. I went to look at a 2018 jeep with a lease option from the dealership down the street. I had the complete opposite feeling of comfort and friendliness and felt like the salesman was talking in circles. So I went back and bought the car from Wes. He made the entire experience Fun and hassle free. He took time before I left with the car to make sure I was comfortable with all the new technolgy and synced my blue tooth. He was Terrific in all aspects of the sale. One in a Million! More

Easy buying experience We worked with Adam Smith and Mark McNulty. We found both of them to be very willing to help and very knowledgeable of their product and procedures. A neighbor recommended Adam but he was off the day we went in so a manager (Mark) stepped in and helped us on behalf of Adam instead of asking us to come back. Great team work! More
