Good sales: squirrelly financing Pete was a remarkable salesman. He was knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Deal almost fell through based on some finance shenanigans however. Pete was a remarkable salesman. He was knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Deal almost fell through based on some finance shenanigans however. No reflection on Pete. The SUBARU financing rates were very appealing but I was steered to another lender. High rates. In the end I arranged my own financing to preserve the deal. More

Purchase of a 2018 Subaru Outback I was in the market for a new vehicle and had always wanted to buy a new Outback. I contacted the dealership on the internet and Peter Ostlund was ve I was in the market for a new vehicle and had always wanted to buy a new Outback. I contacted the dealership on the internet and Peter Ostlund was very up-front with the pricing and the amount that I would get for my trade-in. I visited the dealership and met with John Ostlund, who had already pulled the vehicle out for me to test drive. I was prepared for a round of bargaining, but John had prepared the proposal for me with the exact terms that Peter had offered to me over the internet!! This was by far the easiest and most enjoyable car buying experience that I have ever had. Highly recommend these two salesmen!! More

Andrew S. patiently addressed our well researched fianace questions for preownes at the end of a busy Saturday. It was clear people's needs are 1st Drew listened to our request while moving quickly respecting time. It wasn't about the sale but ensuring my requests were met with a good experience. I can't thank him enough for restoring my faith in preowned car sales experience. If you want a hook up deal with great rates in a respectful matter.
