We ordered an Ascent and he kept us informed every step of the way and if he couldnt, he made sure a member of his team did. He is one of those rare, low pressure car salesman and just enjoys his job and enjoys talking your ear off about cars! Definitely our kind of guy! Matt also accommodated us when we came down to the dealership with our family and made sure our experience enjoyable and informative. They went out of their way to find the exact model that we wanted which was limited and had it delivered to the dealership. They stayed opened late just for us the night we purchased the car and from a pricing perspective were competitive and fair. Ever after we purchased the car they came to pick it up and have to have the rims coated black and brought it back to us. Great experience with the Dean Team and incredible experience with Matt. I would recommend him to anyone when looking for a vehicle. More
