I was originally eyeing a used Outback, and Michael Harmon reached out to me promptly with the information requested, and was very respectful of my small amount of available time for my first visit. After a few days of research and consideration I was leaning towards a new Forester. My second visit to the dealership I was assisted by Pete Ostlund who allowed me to take the model I had my eye on for an extended drive. I hate to say the car “sold itself” but it really did. When I returned, Pete and I had a small amount of low-pressure negotiation and ended up with exactly what I was seeking! I was unable to complete the paperwork that evening, so my wife and I stopped by the following afternoon to complete the process. Mark in finance presented us our options in a low-pressure, no-nonsense manner that was extremely refreshing! After our purchase was complete, Pete had already swapped my plates and gave me a thorough breakdown of all the bells and whistles on the forester. This is easily the best buying experience I’ve ever had, and I didn’t have to overpay for the privilege! I’m excited to give them my future business when it’s my wife’s turn to upgrade.
