Best car buying experience yet! My wife and I stopped in at Dean Team Subaru on a whim to look at the Forester since it was on our short list of possible vehicles to purchase. Being quite unfamiliar with Subarus, Henry helped us narrow down a trim the would fit our needs. He was well educated in all things Subaru, polite, and very easy to talk to. We left Dean Team Subaru that day without purchasing so we could look at a few other makes/models. A few days later, we ended up at the Webster Groves Subaru where the experience just seemed less enjoyable, having paperwork thrown in our faces, asking for phone numbers and emails, and being told we can't pass up this Black Friday deal. We left Webster and went back Dean Team to see Henry. The team there worked with us on pricing and we actually ended up going with a higher trim since it was such a great deal. We felt like Henry really listened to our questions/requests and took care of us. This was by far the best car buying experience we've had. More
