But I did learn at Subaru that day there was a difference - Myles didn't work at the other dealerships and they didn't have the Subaru team. Tonys exceptional knowledge of these three cars allowed my wife and I to explore options and concerns about purchasing one of the three. His patience and his ability to listen to our concerns allowed us to build confidence in proceeding with a cash purchase of the touring version of the Ascent. To the management of the Dean Team, it’s important that you understand our feelings. Tony is a keeper! He was focused in an effort to understand our needs and concerns and patiently brought results to our issues and needs. He literally spent most of his day walking us through all the steps. Even at the end of the day after the papers were signed Tony assisted your teammates in the back In finishing the preparations on the car so that we could leave.
