I started looking for a vehicle Saturday midday. Within the hour I received a call from Christopher, wanting to help with any questions that we had. We arrived early for out meet and test drive, the car was out front as promised. We drive the car and my daughter fell in love but decided to switch to a different color (same model) in which she happily drive off in Monday afternoon. Christopher was very friendly and helpful in taking the time to go over all of the fantastic safety features of this car. Thank you Christopher for the time you gave us (all day) Monday to get her in a safe and dependable car. More

Two comments of note: 1) we were not in desperate need of a new vehicle and were happy to wait for one we knew was coming to the dealer in the next few days - we were kept informed of progress. 2) I wasn't thrilled with the last minute attempt to sell add-on care/warranty/maintenance packages. Instead of leaving it to the last minute, and frankly employing low key scare tactics, the better thing to do is to present those options earlier. If you've been saying you have a great and reliable product there's a disconnect when you suddenly turnaround and say you should consider additional long term care/maintenance/warranty packages. The goodwill generated up to that point is abruptly in the balance. From our perspective, we had a good idea going in what we wanted and what was acceptable to us. Plus we have another Subaru already which has been a positive experience for us anyway. More

I met Paul Biermann who was super easy to work with. I gave him my criteria for the car I was looking for and he said he'd call me back when a used car came in that fit my needs. Within a week he called me back and had a used Honda Civic with low mileage and a fair price. Shortly after purchase we noticed a small crack in the windshield that was growing bigger with the changes in weather. We let Paul know and he took care of it. We also had a great experience with Paul Fix in the service department and the car is road ready! I really felt like Paul listened to exactly what I wanted. The buying process was quick and simple and they didn't try to hard sell me on any add-ons or financing. I got the out the door price straight away and that means a lot to me. I will be referring family and friends here and coming back myself in the future. Best car buying experience I've ever had. More
