Adam my salesman was amazing and very at tentative to my needs and request. He was very polite at all times and very accommodating. He made sure everything was ready to go when I got there and had the car pulled up front all clean with my name on the windshield just sitting there waiting for me to drive it home. John Ostlund the Sales Manager was very polite as well, he came out and introduced himself to me and thank me for my business, this is a rarity anywhere else. Then I had the pleasure to meet Jason Moore in finance where every customer dreads going, however the past three times I've met with Jason he has always been friendly and very polite in answering all my questions when it came to the financing of my car and the add on security products they offer. I was referred to Tony at Dean Team Subaru and although I visited and dealt with over 7 different dealerships and even more salesmen, I ended up buying from Tony. He was very real with us, super helpful, informative and overall looked out for us. After signing all the paperwork we dealt with Mark, and he has been just as helpful as Tony has. We have had no end of issues with the USAA insurance company that we have had to deal with and getting the money we were owed. Mark has been very understanding and great on the financing end of things. I will definitely be going back to Dean Team Subaru for our next vehicle. More

So my husband and I got online and found Dean Team. When we showed up Carl came out to help us, he was super friendly, he introduced us to Jim Happe who became our salesman. They didn’t have the exact car on the lot we wanted but they both came out and talk to us about price and how soon they could get it to us. We did all our negotiations before hand and we knew exactly what the cost of the car would be when it showed up at their dealership. There was no high-pressure sales and none of the back and forth “I have to talk to my manager” BS. The manager came out and talked to us about the price... Face to face... It was fantastic.
