The Dean Team were very friendly, working hard as a team to help coordinate everything that went into getting me the car that I wanted. When there were possible issues with financing they kept me up to spee to help coordinate everything that went into getting me the car that I wanted. I had not purchased a new car in over a decade. I went to another dealership that had a great price for a used one, but they constantly made claims and then denied them over a series of almost 3 we I went to another dealership that had a great price for a used one, but they constantly made claims and then denied them over a series of almost 3 weeks. Very condescending salespeople there. Dean Team had a new Taos, so I went to check their dealership with A LOT of hesitation. Joel is a new salesperson but was very helpful and ready to improve my car-buying experience. On my second visit, we drove home with the car that was even better and not feeling conned but excited like we should! Thanks, Joel! More
