From the initial introduction, Ed was friendly and accommodating. Instead of feeling pressured, I felt HELPED. Ed knew I was in a time crunch and needed a vehicle in 4 days that wasn’t even on the lot accommodating. Instead of feeling pressured, I felt HELPED. Ed knew I was in a time crunch and needed a vehicle in 4 days that wasn’t even on the lot yet. it was a long shot and he made it happen. He was able to expedite the inspections and paperwork in spite of the workarounds caused by the recent cyber attack on dealerships. Besides all that, he he’s charming with a sense of humor. I highly recommend Ed (words I never expected to say about a car salesman!). More

He was very flexible as I made changes to features I wanted and took are of all of the paperwork ahead of time so I was in and out quickly th wanted.
