One bad experience after another at new location After dealing with Dean Honda on Lebanon church rd.for many years I've had absolutely no complaints or no issues with any department or person. Then I After dealing with Dean Honda on Lebanon church rd.for many years I've had absolutely no complaints or no issues with any department or person. Then I bought a new 2013 Honda Accord still at the old location. Then they move the dealership to Pleasant Hills. Since then it's been nothing but a hassle, from not wanting to make repairs that are supposed to be covered in my extended warranty for which I paid a lot for, to not honoring a promise of lifetime car washes. After they moved they gave me a card with 12 car washes on it and that was it, no more except after you paid for a service. They promised free inspections for life of car, but now you must pay for emissions then inspection is free. If you don't need emissions you pay for inspections. It used quick service while you waited at the old dealership, but at pleasant hills I've waited up to 4 hours for my car. They sell you repairs that are questionable if you use their shuttle service and leave your car they leave it sit all day and don't get it done that day and their repair prices are ridiculously high. 75 dollars to replace windshield wipers for example. I think Dean Honda got a little too big for their britches. More
