Emergency situation My auto was hesitating starting for a few days and then would not start at all. Three A's got it started. I called Ericka (Saturday morning) and she was very kind and told me to bring it in and she would try to get it serviced and fixed by the end of the day (3P.M.) I got it in and she had the problem diagnosed very quickly and the repairs were made (a new starter was installed) and I had my auto back and on my way home by 1:30 P.M. Ericka is a very knowledgable and customer friendly Service Adviser. Everyone at Dean Honda is great to work with; that is why I have been dealing with Dean Honda for nearly 15 years.
