Worst dealership ever run for the hills. Try Deacon Jones I do not recommend this dealership to anyone. I would however recommend Deacon Jones dealership who was able to get me out of the horrific mess I got I do not recommend this dealership to anyone. I would however recommend Deacon Jones dealership who was able to get me out of the horrific mess I got in to at Lee Hyundai. I definitely would not do a trade in with this dealership, they are slow to payoff your trade which holds you responsible to pay the payments on your trade until the dealership pays it off which can be as long as a month. I ended up making a payment on a car that I traded in to Lee Hyundai; therefore, I ended up making two payments in one month. One for the car I purchased at Lee Hyundai and the second payment on a car I traded to Lee Hyundai. I am constantly being lied to that they will reimburse me but I still have not been reimbursed. Under no circumstances should you trust anything that comes out of Kevin White's mouth. My suggestion is not to do business at this dealership unless you are prepared to be stressed and frustrated. Worst buying experience ever! The first car I leased this time was Horrible, Lee replaced it with another new vehicle. The second vehicle has been in their service department long The first car I leased this time was Horrible, Lee replaced it with another new vehicle. The second vehicle has been in their service department longer than I have driven the car. The power steering has failed 5 times. They attempted to fix it but it failed before I left the service department. This has been the worst experience I have had with a Hyundai for the past 12 years. At this point I have zero faith in the Hyundai automobile. The people at Lee Hyundai have been very helpful to try to solve the Hyundai quality issues. All the problems I have had with this transaction has been the fault of the Hyundai quality, NOT THE PERSONNEL AT LEE HYUNDAI. More
