I was completely aware of a few add-ons necessary to keep my beautiful car running smoothly, and Joey went above and beyond to make sure that was possible. Joey was able to keep the maintenance and a beautiful new set of tires mounted, aligned, and get this, it was affordable, within budget, and Joey kept me informed every step of the way. Professional, friendly and always exceeds my expectations! I've said it before and I'll shout it from the roof tops, Deacon Jones Hyundai of Goldboro, ROCKS!! No need to think about it, you and your vehicle are in great hands. More
I bought my EV from this dealer but I live in RTP. Came here for my sons soccer game and was hoping to charge my car at the dealership. Charge point charger was blocked using cars and when requested t Came here for my sons soccer game and was hoping to charge my car at the dealership. Charge point charger was blocked using cars and when requested to move the car the dealership employees were extremely rude as they didn’t want to make an effort to move the cars. They said it’s the dealership charger and they are not answerable to anyone. They could shut the charger too. 15 mins later they have the car moved. I come back for charging the general manager comes out acting like he is helping and he swipes his charge card but claims the charger is not working. When infact I tried charging using the app and it worked just fine. They enjoy drama and not helping customers. More

Well, after waiting for over two hours, I asked how much longer for my car. Well folks, they took my car without my knowledge or consent on a test drive or 14 miles! I had no clue they had taken my car on the main highway for 14 miles! It was absolutely horrible, and the general manager, Aaron, was extremely patronizing and facetious when I presented him with the problem. He definitely wouldn’t be what I call a friendly general manager. I stood and waited to talk to him while several of them laughed and joked, and they didn’t even acknowledge me. I had to assert myself into their maskless conversation. And, this brings me to another point, out of ALL of the staff working today, I only noticed ONE staff member wearing a mask. How does a dealership justify taking someone’s car and driving it for 14 miles? More

Be it routine maintenance, factory campaigns, or warranty claims, Brandon M. and his service team have continually rendered exceptional customer service and effective resolutions. Most recently, I have worked with a relatively new service writer; Tevin Vick, and he immediately made a positive impression on me and demonstrated the polite and professional confidence that I always look for in an auto service professional. Matthew Hutchinson went "the extra mile" for me, and loaned an "in-use-by shop"; paint pen to me for a small touch-up on one of my doors...."no charge Mr. Johnson...heres' how ya use it." OUTSTANDING! Recently, I was having an issue with my cruise control, and was consulted directly by the attending service tech; (Ray). I was very pleased and somewhat surprised, that he was willing to consult with me directly, and actually listened to what I had to say. IMPRESSIVE! He then quickly rendered the appropriate repair, and now the system works as good as new! I do not hesitate or doubt that when my vehicles are brought to Lee Hyundai for service, that Brandon and his service pros will deliver the utmost in quality service and assurance. More

Great job! Oh and they not only washed my car, they vacuumed the interior! I had a great experience with my salesman, Joseph, as well as the service center with Matt for my seat covers, Brandon, and the mechanic whose name I don't recall. More
