Most accomodating and proficient I took my 2015 Genesis in for the first oil change and while there ask them to check for a rattle that I thought was under the dash. As it turned out I took my 2015 Genesis in for the first oil change and while there ask them to check for a rattle that I thought was under the dash. As it turned out Jason, the technician, instantly identified the sound as coming from the sunroof. Since I lived an hour and a half away, Brandon (Service Manager) said that the repair would take several hours and offered me a loaner and they would return my Genesis as soon as the repair was done. All was completed the next day and I had my car back in perfect condition! The Genesis is the best vehicle I have ever owned and Lee Service Department is head and shoulders above any service with which I have been associated. Thanks Jason and Brandon! You guys are tops!
