It was a rainy and windy day and when my car was presented to me I had another appointment so I took the car and left the service department. After leaving and arriving at my next stop, I noticed that my car interior had not been cleaned or vacuumed and felt this was very strange. I called the service department and notified them of this oversight and was told to bring the car in at my convenience and it would be washed and vacuumed. This is an inconvenience for me. More
