Brand new vehicle purchase with a few hiccups Overall, the people are amazing! At "selection day" we were completely comfortable as though we were with family. For a few minutes, we felt the proverbial "that's what to expect- they hook you on purchase day, then it rolls down hill from there forward." They quickly redeemed themselves.
