We now are proud owners of a Hyundai Sonata. Our salesman, Andrian, was wonderful. Everyone there listened to what we were looking for and found the right car for us. I highly recommend them. VERY Unsatisfied!! I had scheduled a 2pm appointment with Lee Hyundai of Goldsboro on 11/22/2016. I arrived at 2pm and had to wait for 2 hours for an oil change, which i I had scheduled a 2pm appointment with Lee Hyundai of Goldsboro on 11/22/2016. I arrived at 2pm and had to wait for 2 hours for an oil change, which i feel with a scheduled appointment it should not have taken this long. Due to the 2 hour wait I had to cancel anther appointment i had scheduled at 4pm that was 20 minutes away. In addition as soon as I walked out of the door I noticed a very visible scratch and dent in my back passenger side door. I let Courtney know and she proceeded to show me where the oil changes are done and spoke to a man who stated he didnt remember the scratch. However the men washing my car it was the first thing they said. The dealership did nothing to help solve the situation. Once I got home my boyfriend also called and was hung up on. I find all this VERY unprofessional. I just bought my car in May and have just at 8000 miles on it and have to go get the dent removed and paint touched up. I will be taking my business somewhere else. More
