Great department but slow service :( I have given great ratings on my car purchase and the people that work at the dealership however both times at the service department have lead to alm I have given great ratings on my car purchase and the people that work at the dealership however both times at the service department have lead to almost 2 hrs waiting with an appt in place. An oil change plus rotate should never take that long. We travel from Wilson and it's a bit of an issue waiting that long. Also you should consider specials like oil change deals. 60.00 is a steep price for regular service. More

The main reason I won't be using the dealership for most maintenance is time and distance. They are 35 +/- miles away and it takes about 45-50 minutes to get there. More
