Conflicting Integrity Upon dropping my vehicle off, the lady took a clip board and with a picture of a vehicle with space for writing down any damages on the vehicle out wi Upon dropping my vehicle off, the lady took a clip board and with a picture of a vehicle with space for writing down any damages on the vehicle out with her to get the mileage, she performing a cursory walk around my vehicle inspecting for damage while at the same time getting my mileage off of my odometer. While I found the mechanics work to be great and my over all experience superb, I was told their standing company policy was that they did not conduct vehicle inspections when they worked on vehicles and that no paperwork of any of the visits exits. While I know that every time I have visited the dealer ship they documented the work that was done on my vehicle, when requested this dealership was unable to supply, due to company policy, any of the above paperwork that may or may not exist. More
