Took a long time. I brought my car in and it took them almost two hours to complete my oil change. Would not recommend. Sudden problem with the Smart Cruise controll We had a sudden problem with the Smart Cruise Control, we were on our way home from a trip, when the problem developed. I decided to go straight to th We had a sudden problem with the Smart Cruise Control, we were on our way home from a trip, when the problem developed. I decided to go straight to the dealer. The service manager Mr. Magilochetti, finished what he was doing then gave immediately turned his attention to our problem. Brandon checked the electronics with his diagnostic computer and everything seemed to check OK. however the warning lights said otherwise. He reset the computer and test drove the car, everything was as it should be. After further discussion about the problem, Brandon decided to check the battery in the key fob, The batter was in need or replacement. Brandon replaced the battery, and no recurrence of problem since. A simple fix to a seemingly complicated problem. All this speaks to the professionalism Brandon demonstrated to us. This seemingly catastrophic (to us) problem fixed in about 30 minutes on a surprise service Call. Richard and Loren Cardin More
