Heath then apologized for the other dealerships and assured me that it would definetly be different with him. we sat down joked for a few minutes, he asked questions to see what i was looking for, pulled up the vehicle and walked me around and showed me everything inside and out then we got in and test drove. very helpful 1. There were no floor mats in the car and they had to be taken from another car. 2. When I went to put gas in the car I noted that there is brown dir 1. There were no floor mats in the car and they had to be taken from another car. 2. When I went to put gas in the car I noted that there is brown dirt around the gas cap, very unusual. 3. I understand the reason for the gap insurance, I was not crazy about adding the service contract just to get the gap insurance. 4. I refinanced the car loan and wanted to cancel the gap insurance and the service contract that was placed on the sales contract. I called and talked to Chris Young, he stated to bring in the letter that shows I paid off the loan and he would write me a check on the spot. Well, I was there today Chris Young was busy with a customer, but saw Andre (I think) He filled out the cancellation sheet came back and told me that I have to wait six weeks to get the check. THAT ISN'T RIGHT! He explained that they have to be refunded by the bank and then they can refund me. Why didn't the bank just refund me then? or if they know they will be refunded, then why not pay me back? Really not happy with that part of the deal. 5. Purchasing at Lees was a very good experience, Rick jumped through hoops to get me the loan, I will do business there again, probably in two years. More
