Our pleasant experience. I have had experiences with auto dealerships in the past, that I would not consider pleasant. I had done a fair amount of research prior to starting I have had experiences with auto dealerships in the past, that I would not consider pleasant. I had done a fair amount of research prior to starting to physically starting to shop for a new vehicle. I had called ahead to make sure the dealership was open, since it was a holiday. When we arrived we met Roger and were very pleased with his welcome to us and his friendly and professional mannerism. We had a comfortable feeling with him from the beginning. He took a few minutes to understand what we were looking for, and proceeded to show us the actual vehicle we ultimately purchased. He was able to answer all our questions, or obtain answers very quickly. He offered us a test drive--encouraged both of us to drive and get a feel for the car. Good job Roger! We came back to pick up the car the next day (knowing that it was Roger's day off). Daniel met us the next day and did a very pleasant job of explaining everything we needed to know to take possession of the vehicle. More
