I have received excellent service and care from Deacon Jones Ford, and would highly recommend them. I purchased a used Volkswagen from them about a month ago, at a reasonable price. I worked with their salesperson Shane, who was very personable and friendly. Unfortunately, a few days after I took the car home, I had some mechanical issues, and had to take the car into a mechanic. Initially, I was upset thinking I would be out possibly thousands of dollars to fix a car I had just purchased (I bought it "As Is", with no warranty). However, I have been pleasantly surprised by the care I've received from Deacon Jones! Immediately after learning about my issues, the General Manager, Robby jumped on the phone and insisted he would make things right. Although the car was bought "As Is" (and they legally don't owe me anything), they have been extremely helpful in resolving my issues. They even spoke with my mechanic about the car's issues, and have been working very quickly to get me back on the road. I feel that Deacon Jones genuinely cares about serving the community and ensuring that each customer is happy with their purchase.
