Very simple sales process. Given that the market is upside down, a fair trade value was offered and the deal was put together before I drove the 3 hours to pick up the truck. Where things could have been handled differently was on the thoroughness of checking a vehicle out before passing the keys off to the customer. I was told the truck had 30 miles on it, but after jumping in, I noticed it has over 200 miles. This is not uncommon as it came from another dealership but it would have been nice to know. Also, the truck needs an alignment and needs a wheel/time balance. Not difficult to resolve, but it's time I need to take out of my busy schedule to get it resolved. Fine details go a long way. I'd still recommend the team here. Many dealers are tough to work with, but these guys checked most of the boxes. More

Took my 2007 Sport Track in for routine service. Also asked that technician the check left rear wheel (roaring) and find the source of a loud rattle when going over bumps. Determined that rear wheel bearing needed replacing and the sway bar linkages were bad. Chad ordered the parts, scheduled the repairs and put me in a loaner car for the weekend.
