Service department was awesome. My sprinter was sounding horrible and making scraping sounds and took it to pep boys and they over priced me by $500 dollars for less parts. However I went to Deacon Jones Ford and spoke with Mike ,Chad and the guy in that office in the service department came to me and made a good suggestion and repaired my vehicle and I was just happy. I don't like the point system you have for service. Ever since you have been at your new location I have not received not one free oil change like you had at the old location. I get my oil changed ever Ever since you have been at your new location I have not received not one free oil change like you had at the old location. I get my oil changed every 5 thousand miles and I spent 16 hundred dollars on a new head gasket and the points only added up to about 15 dollars. You are getting richer off of your customers. What gives! Is it Bidenonments! More
