Booked appt on line to arrive and be told they don’t use that system. Asked for oil and rotate and to fix skid panel under engine missing bolts. Fit me in since appt wasn’t real. But failed to fix skid panel, which is under engine and could not have been missed by the person who emptied oil. Found the panel not fixed when I got home. Rushed back to store to have a young mechanic quickly throw some bolts in and called it good right before closing. Checked it when I got home, mechanic never tested security, and a quick tug pulled out two bolts. Stripped but not assessed as that by mechanic. Fixed it myself with bigger screws into stripped plastic. Didn’t pay for the fix in the first place since it was originally forgotten, but how do I leave an oil change with a panel hanging? Is that customer service? Should have at least fixed it just because or informed me of needed fix and solution or option. Have used shop many times, but was let down on this event because I asked for a fix and didn’t get it first or second time. More
