There was a complete lack of contact from your dealership about the vehicle and what was happening to it over the entire 5 days. You did not get approval for the work until we had to call you and that delay about the vehicle and what was happening to it over the entire 5 days. You did not get approval for the work until we had to call you and that delayed the ordering of the materials needed. Then you did not work on it when you said you would only to find out later that you did not have all the necessary parts to complete it. No one there checked to make sure all the parts were delivered and you did not start working on it to discover it until almost a day later. You did not seem in any hurry to get the car back to me. We dropped the car off at opening on Monday, and did not get it back until Friday, which is a long time to go without a vehicle which only needed a water pump. Very disappointed in how we were treated and the length of time it took to complete the repair. More

Bad Deans was amazing with car sales. The machic side is trash they littleraly tried to sale a car that had know significant oil and water leaks and lied and said it was fixed. Car fix stated with picture proof that the drivers tire only had 5k more miles. The communication from the company is less than desirable when I called for clarity nobody would call back nor tell me what was wrong with the car. The car in which I was going to purchase and put a down payment on left me and 2 small kids on the side of the road due to the machanic lying and the car over heated. I would give it no stars. I am thankful for car fix sheading the light on how the service department lied eventhough I will not be refunded for the 203 I had to spend because there was a coolant smell coming into the car.
